In my Latin poems, the number of syllables in each line is not the same. My intention was to create lines where the number of stressed syllables were the same.

I have absolutely no knowledge of Latin. I don't speak Latin, at all. And unfortunately I am unable to learn. I wrote these poems by the means of Google Translate and a rhyming dictionary (http://www.alcor.com.au/latin_rhyming_dictionary.asp), and hopefully the poems are all right. I had a good time writing the poems, but I believe the joy is ended. The poems were posted in 2015.

The header photo shows part of the statue "An-Magritt og hovistuten" by Kristofer Leirdal. The statue is placed outside the church "Ilen kirke" in Trondheim. That is where I as a child was baptized.
